OUR ORIGIN

Simma Africa Creative Arts Foundation is a youth-led feminist membership organization founded by Lesbian, Intersex and Transgender youth in 2016.

SAF is a registered non profit in Uganda

We are determined to challenge the cultural, social, legal and economic oppression's imposed on LBTIQ Refugee Youth and Womxn in Uganda.

SAF is guided by Feminist Principles.
Our main goal is to use Creative and Digital Arts as a tool to advocate for the promotion and protection of human rights of LBTIQ persons and to deepen the conversation on Sustainable Developmental Goals
